JOB SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations and Supply Chain, the Customer Service
Representative meets the needs of our customers primarily in Quebec but also
across Canada. The candidate must be fluent in both French and English, skilled
at providing quality service, and customer-focused.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advise customers on products (pricing, product selection) and respond to other
more general inquiries;
Respond to requests from sales representatives and liaise with other departments;
Coordinate product delivery with the assistance of the Warehouse Manager;
Process orders and follow established procedures;
Prepare and verify orders and quotes, and process them in the SAP system;
Respond to inquiries related to invoicing;
Assist the buyer with analyzing MRP reports;
Assist the buyer in tracking orders with suppliers;
Work with the buyer to update costs (MRC), purchase prices, and sales prices in
the item master files;

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

Fully bilingual, with strong communication skills in English and French (written
and oral);
College diploma in general administration (or any other experience or
related qualification deemed relevant);
1 to 2 years of customer service experience with an industrial product
distributor;
Active listening;
Customer service-oriented;
Attention to quality and detail;
Ability to build trusting relationships;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook);
Experience with SAP is a plus;
