Cabin Certification Engineer – Aerospace

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Cabin Certification Engineer to support major cabin modification projects for commercial and military aircraft.

Your Role

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for validating and certifying cabin modifications in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

You will directly contribute to aircraft safety, performance, and passenger comfort through:

  • Preparation, review, and approval of technical and certification documentation (LOPA, service bulletins, analysis reports, approval packages, etc.)

  • Regulatory impact assessments and coordination with certification authorities such as Transport Canada (TCCA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA)

  • Providing technical support to internal engineering and operations teams

  • Actively contributing to regulatory monitoring and continuous improvement of engineering processes

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in cabin engineering or aerospace certification

  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or eligible

  • Excellent command of both English and French

  • Strong knowledge of TCCA, FAA, and EASA regulations

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Inventor

  • High level of rigor, autonomy, collaboration, and accountability
