Head of Maintenance Quality
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000

Are you a leader in aviation quality assurance with a strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (CAR 571 / 563)? We are looking for a Head of Maintenance Quality to drive compliance, oversee audits, and lead a high-performing team in a demanding MRO environment.

Your Role

  • Act as the main point of contact with authorities (TCCA, FAA, EASA) and clients

  • Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance

  • Lead internal audits and follow up on corrective actions

  • Maintain approved manuals (MPM, QPM) and the quality management system

  • Coach, develop, and engage the quality team

  • Support operations while upholding the highest standards of safety and documentation

Profile

  • 7 to 10 years of relevant aerospace experience

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in team management

  • Strong knowledge of Canadian aviation regulations

  • Motivating leadership, strong organizational skills, and client focus

  • Bilingual in French and English
