Cabin Certification Engineer – Aerospace

As part of its growing activities, our organization is seeking a Cabin Certification Engineer to support large-scale cabin modification projects for commercial and military aircraft.

Your role
Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for validating and certifying cabin modifications in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

You will directly contribute to passenger safety, performance, and comfort through:

  • Preparation, review, and approval of technical and certification documents (LOPA, service bulletins, analysis reports, approval packages, etc.)
  • Analysis of regulatory impacts and coordination with authorities such as Transport Canada (TCCA), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA)
  • Technical support to internal engineering teams and operations
  • Active participation in regulatory monitoring and continuous improvement of engineering processes

Profile sought

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Aerospace)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cabin engineering or aerospace certification
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or eligible
  • Excellent command of French and English
  • Strong knowledge of TCCA, FAA, and EASA regulations
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor software
  • Strong professional rigor, autonomy, teamwork mindset, and sense of responsibility
