Are you graduating from an Aircraft Maintenance Technician or Aircraft Structures Technician program and looking to start your career in a dynamic environment where professional development is a top priority?

Through our integration and development program, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience on commercial aircraft and work toward obtaining your Transport Canada M2 or S Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME/AME-S) Licence.

Our Selection Process

We have developed a process specifically designed to identify and support tomorrow's aviation professionals:

1. Virtual Interview

An initial video interview with our recruitment team to learn more about your background, interests, and career goals.

2. Technical Aptitude Assessment

Selected candidates will be invited to complete a technical aptitude test at the ÉMAM (École des métiers de l'aérospatiale de Montréal).

3. Hiring and Career Development

Candidates who successfully complete the assessment will be offered a Mechanic position at Avianor and will begin their journey toward obtaining their M2 Licence, with opportunities for specialized training on the A220 and A330 platforms.
