Hey Foxy! We've got a job for you!Are you fun, friendly, and love chatting with people? We're looking for a rock star receptionist and customer service representative to join our team at Foxy Box Griffintown! You could also be trained to perform waxing if you wish!
STARTING DATE: FULL TIME - AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
What you'll do on a daily basis:
- Greet our clients with your legendary smile (and yes, that includes waxing as well as our medispa treatments – injections, PRP, microneedling, etc.).
- Answer calls, DMs and manage appointments like a pro.
- Be the face (and energy!) of our social media on site.
- Manage payments + small admin tasks, always with your relaxed vibe.
- Occasionally perform hair removal as requested.
- Keep the atmosphere light, fun and stress-free at the salon.
What we're looking for:
- A natural communicator who is positive and friendly.
- Organised, efficient, and comfortable with technology (computer, phone, Insta).
- A team player with an impressive eye for detail.
