Bravad Technologie is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Inside Sales Representative will develop their knowledge of the technology sector and communicate it clearly to customers. The goal is to make telecommunications simple and appealing by recommending the most suitable products and services. The challenge is to find the right solution for each customer, based on the range of products and services offered in our stores.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in-store
- Recommend TELUS and KOODO mobility and home security products
- Receive and manage inventory deliveries
- Initiate phone repair processes when applicable
- Contact customers to renew their contracts
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking to identify customer needs
- Interest in sales and customer service
- Ability to work and perform in a team environment
- Open to feedback
- Proficient in French (spoken and written)
- Flexible, organized, and able to manage stress
- Initiative and creativity
