Under the supervision of the Regional Sales Director, the Store Manager will be primarily responsible for leading a team of sales representatives while meeting the company’s objectives. He/She must also ensure the training of sales representatives and monitor the development of their skills.

Job Description

On a daily basis, the Store Manager will:

  • Master all roles and responsibilities of the internal sales representative;
  • Plan and drive the achievement of cellular device sales targets for their branch;
  • Ensure the achievement of service plan, accessory, and alternative revenue sales objectives;
  • Maintain a high level of customer service;
  • Establish and maintain an action plan for their branch;
  • Participate in quarterly store manager meetings;
  • Train new point-of-sale representatives;
  • Enforce staff work schedules;
  • Ensure compliance with BRAVAD merchandising standards at the point of sale;
  • Ensure compliance with BRAVAD Policies & Standards;
  • Follow up on special orders;
  • Ensure the service center is organized and operational;
  • Master operations using the Complus software.

Job Requirements

To join the team, the Store Manager must:

  • Hold a vocational diploma (DEP) in sales consulting or a college diploma (DEC) in sales or other related fields;
  • Have at least 1 year of experience within the company;
  • Be able to manage personnel;
  • Be able to build business relationships;
  • Be able to deal with demanding customers;
  • Be capable of analyzing and researching information in doubtful cases;
  • Be able to develop the sales skills of representatives.
