Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the Bravad Technologie team for our Ottawa location.
Under the supervision of the Regional Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will support the manager in the daily operations of the store and the supervision of personnel.

Job Responsibilities
On a daily basis, the Assistant Store Manager will be required to:
 
  • Master all roles and responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative
  • Assist in training new representatives in the store
  • Ensure adherence to Bravad’s merchandising standards
  • Ensure compliance with Bravad’s current Policies & Standards
  • Follow up on customer orders
  • Ensure that the store is well organized and fully operational
  • Ensure that opening and closing procedures are properly completed by the team
  • Carry out monthly administrative closing tasks

Job Requirements
To join the team, the Assistant Store Manager must:
 
  • Hold a DVS (DEP) in Sales Consulting or a College Diploma (DEC) in Sales or another related field
  • Have at least 1 year of experience within the company
  • Be able to manage personnel
  • Be able to build business relationships
  • Be able to work with demanding customers
  • Be capable of analyzing and researching information in unclear or complex cases
  • Be able to develop the sales skills of representatives
