Parts Clerk

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our parts department, you will play an essential role in satisfying our customers and our team of technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and advise customers on the products and parts they need for their vehicles.
• Manage parts inventory, including receiving, storing, and inventorying.
• Process orders and returns in an efficient and organized manner.
• Collaborate with service and workshop teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends.
• Act as a representative on the road to prospect, develop, and retain an external customer base (garages, workshops, and partners).

• Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Very good knowledge of automotive parts and sales processes.
• Bilingual (an asset)
