We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will guide customers through their financing and insurance options while ensuring a smooth and positive vehicle purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Present financing and insurance options to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Secure financing approvals from approved lenders and negotiate terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Offer and explain extended warranties, insurance products, and other value-added services.
- Process all financial documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an F&I Manager with the Chrysler brand.
- Strong understanding of automotive financing, credit, and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to clearly explain complex financial products to customers.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with relevant software and dealership management systems.
