We are looking for a welcoming, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will manage calls, appointments, and payments while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients at the dealership.

Operate a multi-line phone system, screening and transferring incoming calls to the appropriate departments.

Take and relay detailed messages.

Conduct follow-up calls as needed.

Schedule appointments and manage general inquiries.

Process client payments for services and vehicle purchases.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Support the sales and service teams with various administrative tasks.
Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to perform well under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Activix, and payment processing).
-
Previous experience in reception or customer service is considered an asset.
Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
