We are looking for a welcoming, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will manage calls, appointments, and payments while providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients at the dealership.

  • Operate a multi-line phone system, screening and transferring incoming calls to the appropriate departments.

  • Take and relay detailed messages.

  • Conduct follow-up calls as needed.

  • Schedule appointments and manage general inquiries.

  • Process client payments for services and vehicle purchases.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Support the sales and service teams with various administrative tasks.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to perform well under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Activix, and payment processing).

  • Previous experience in reception or customer service is considered an asset.


Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

  • Opportunity for additional hours
