Our dealership, Chartrand Ford, is looking for someone like you to fill a position offering a diversity of tasks! Working directly with the controller, the successful candidate will perform several varied duties.

MAIN TASKS OF THE POSITION:

  • Accounting for new and used vehicle sales;
  • Following up on manufacturer program claims;
  • Accounting for and validating sales representative bonuses and commissions;
  • Performing administrative tasks;
  • Performing any other related tasks deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the accounting department;
  • Compiling reports upon request;
  • Performing any other tasks related to the position;
  • Reviewing sales contracts to ensure they are properly completed and compliant;
  • Efficiently completing sales and lease forms.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS SOUGHT:

  • Sense of organization, meticulous, and methodical;
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously (priority management);
  • Ability to demonstrate judgment;
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical capacity;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Basic accounting training or relevant and varied experience (an asset);
  • Good communication abilities;
  • Good knowledge of the Windows environment and Microsoft Office, One Eighty and CDK (asset);
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Candidate seeking a long-term position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar position (preferred).

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Monday to Friday; 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.;
  • Full-time permanent position at 37.5 hours per week year-round;

SALARY:

  • CA$25.00-CA$30.00 per hour
