Job Description
Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and updating enterprise applications and for training and supporting our current and future clients nationwide. Working closely with the implementation and support teams, product managers, and the sales team, you will actively participate in the client request process and contribute to the development of application roadmaps.

Support users in their daily use of software.

Install (when necessary), configure, and test applications in clinical settings.

Support the customer service department by being an integral part of the escalation process.

Analyze clinical workflows in hospital settings and optimize them by providing advice and recommendations.

Participate in the validation of new software releases with product managers.

Train clinical clients across various sectors.

Demonstrate products at promotional events or during client meetings alongside the account manager.

Stay informed of best practices and new technologies.

Follow up on client feedback and document potential improvements.

Ensure client satisfaction.

Keep application documentation up to date.

Maintain training documentation.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
-
Education in a relevant field.
-
Relevant experience in radiology, preferably with PACS and RIS systems.

Between five (5) and eight (8) years of relevant customer service experience.

Ability to travel across Canada.

Valid driver’s license and passport.

Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.
