Role Summary
The Strategic Enablement Director is a strategic and operational partner to the President & CEO as well as the enabling team. This role exists to improve alignment, execution, and communication across the organization, with a strong focus on enabling seamless collaboration between corporate functions and delivery leaders.
Acting as an integrator and transformation enabler, the Strategic Enablement Director supports day-to-day executive priorities, ensures follow-through on key initiatives, and strengthens coordination across internal teams and special projects.

Key Responsibilities
1. Organizational Cadence & Strategic Execution
- Drive the company's internal operating rhythm (EOS), ensuring clear alignment on goals, priorities, and progress across functions.
- Monitor progress on strategic initiatives, identify blockers early, and help drive cross-functional problem solving.
- Coordinate and follow up on executive-level action items, ensuring decisions lead to timely execution.
- Serve as the primary bridge between enabling teams and project leaders across the company.
- Ensure business support functions are aligned with operational and transformation leaders.
- Support project interdependencies, surface risks or delays, and help course-correct as needed.
- Assist in preparing updates and executive-level insights on project performance and strategic milestones.
- Lead the organization and follow-through of key CEO-led meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and coordination.
- Act as a representative of the CEO in internal working sessions or external meetings as required.
- Launch and oversee cross-functional special projects assigned by the CEO, often requiring quick mobilization and coordination.
- Build lightweight structures for sprint execution, aligning teams around deliverables and deadlines.
- Track performance against strategic KPIs and ensure accountability across owners.
- Foster a culture of discipline, follow-through, and transparency in execution.
- Reinforce an operator mindset: pragmatic, lean, and hands-on.
- Help the executive team stay focused on priorities and outcomes, especially during periods of transformation and change.
Qualifications & Experience
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or engineering (MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus).
- 7–10 years of experience in healthcare, Medtech, or high-complexity environments.
- Proven ability to lead or orchestrate multi-stakeholder projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working closely with executive teams and/or in transformation-heavy contexts.
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities.
- Highly strategic, but with strong operational follow-through.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to align teams without direct authority.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to synthesize complex issues into clear actions.
Additional Information
- This is a hybrid role with occasional travel (10–15%) across Canada and the U.S.
