Summary
Christie Innomed is seeking a pragmatic, solution-oriented, and operations-focused Senior Analyst – Business Systems, IT & Data to join our IT team.
This role is at the heart of our digital transformation and aims to simplify, structure, and optimize the work of more than 200 employees across Canada and the United States.
You will act as a bridge between business teams and technology by translating operational needs into concrete solutions, while ensuring strong governance, optimal use of digital tools, and reliable data quality. Your impact will be tangible: automating processes, improving collaboration, reducing manual work, and enabling the organization to grow in an efficient and structured way.
Key Responsibilities
Business Applications Optimization
- Manage and optimize the application portfolio (including Microsoft 365, NetSuite, and SaaS tools) to ensure performance, adoption, and alignment with business needs.
- Identify redundant or underused tools and streamline the technology ecosystem.
- Ensure effective management of application licenses and costs.
- Coordinate system enhancements with external partners.
- Provide Level 2/3 functional support and resolve issues related to applications, workflows, and data access.
Microsoft 365 Governance and Adoption
- Define and implement collaboration standards (naming conventions, access, retention).
- Ensure governance, security, and optimal use of tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
- Support users in adopting and improving their digital productivity.
Automation and Process Improvement
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities to reduce manual work.
- Design and deploy automated solutions (onboarding, approvals, internal requests).
- Use low-code tools (e.g., Power Platform) to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with process owners to simplify before automating.
- Develop tools and IT kits to support teams (e.g., employee onboarding).
IT Business Partnership
- Act as the IT point of contact for business units to understand operational challenges.
- Translate business needs into concrete technological solutions.
- Document systems, processes, and governance standards.
- Develop training and self-service resources for users.
- Support change management during the implementation of new tools or processes.
- Contribute to cybersecurity, business continuity, and compliance initiatives.
Data, Governance and Analytics
- Support data structure, accessibility, and quality across systems.
- Implement and maintain data access controls.
- Contribute to improving data governance practices.
- Enable reliable reporting through well-structured data.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 10–12 years of experience in IT business systems, business analysis, or application management
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform)
- Proven experience in process automation and low-code solutions
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a strong asset)
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users
- Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
Assets
- Experience managing SaaS applications or IT asset optimization
- Knowledge of NetSuite (administration or certification)
- Experience in data governance or BI tools
- Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, field services, etc.)
- Microsoft 365 or Power Platform certifications
