Who are we?
Located just minutes from downtown Montreal, LUX FBO is a growing company operating a FBO/Fixed-Base Operation at St-Hubert Airport (CYHU). LUX also operates a terminal at Quebec City Jean Lesage International Airport (CYQB).
Our parent company, Chrono Aviation, was founded in Quebec City in 2012. At the beginning, the company operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Today, Chrono Aviation has a fleet of 15 aircraft and a team of 280 employees.
Role and context
The kitchen helper will assist the cook in preparing the meals by performing simple tasks to speed up the preparation of the food. He or she will also be responsible for cleaning up the dishesand keeping the work environment clean (following sanitation standards).
Key responsibilities
• If necessary, provide assistance in the management of the kitchen by carrying out simple tasks (e.g. cutting fruit and vegetables, portioning dishes, vacuum packing food, dating products, etc.).
• Receive orders and store food in appropriate storage areas
• Managing waste disposal
• Clean dishes, preparation surfaces and food storage areas
• Filling the drinks fridges, setting up the equipment needed for lunch service and maintaining the coffee machine
• Participate in the monthly inventory

• Autonomy, speed and efficiency
• Dynamism and teamwork skills
• Physical stamina (standing work and the ability to carry heavy loads)
