Your role

As a Cabinet Finisher, you will play a critical role in the final quality of our projects. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will ensure every piece reflects our commitment to excellence.

You'll work at the stage where craftsmanship becomes a signature.

Your responsabilities will include: 

Surface Preparation

  • Sand and polish wood surfaces with precision and consistency.
  • Prepare components for finishing by cleaning, carefully inspecting, identifying, and correcting imperfections.
  • Perform touch-ups and minor repairs to achieve a flawless surface.

Finish Application

  • Apply stains, lacquers, varnishes, and other specialty coatings using a spray gun.
  • Adjust finishing techniques based on the wood species, project complexity, and required finish.
  • Consistently meet our quality standards for appearance, texture, and finish uniformity.

Teamwork & Operational Excellence

  • Work closely with cabinetmakers, team leaders, and fellow finishing specialists.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow health and safety procedures while meeting production schedules.

Your work will have a direct impact on the appearance, durability, and premium quality our clients expect.

Who We're Looking For: 

We're seeking a professional who takes pride in precision, patience, and exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in cabinet finishing or a similar woodworking environment.
  • Proficiency in sanding techniques and spray finishing.
  • Knowledge of wood finishing products and their applications.
  • Understanding of different wood species and how they respond to finishing processes.
  • Strong ability to identify imperfections and make necessary corrections.
  • Consistent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
