Your Role
As a Cabinetmaker, you will be responsible for crafting custom millwork and cabinetry for high-end residential and commercial environments. Working with premium materials, you'll build each piece with precision, craftsmanship, and strict adherence to shop drawings and our quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Fabricate custom millwork components according to shop drawings.
- Assemble cabinetry and architectural millwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work with a variety of materials, including solid wood, veneer, metal, glass, and specialty materials.
- Prepare completed pieces for the finishing department.
- Collaborate closely with your team to ensure consistent quality throughout production.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and work methods.
Your work will have a direct impact on the quality and craftsmanship delivered to every client.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural millwork or custom cabinetmaking.
- Diploma in Cabinetmaking (DEP) is an asset.
- Journeyperson certification is an asset.
- Strong ability to read and interpret 2D shop drawings.
- In-depth knowledge of woodworking materials, joinery methods, and fabrication techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Consistent commitment to quality standards and production deadlines.
