Your Role
As an Inventory Clerk, you will play an essential role in keeping our operations running smoothly and accurately. You will be responsible for the careful management of the materials, tools, and components needed to complete our high-end residential projects.
Your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly support production efficiency and help uphold our quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, checking, and recording deliveries of materials and hardware
- Verifying that incoming goods match purchase orders
- Keeping materials organized and safely stored
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date inventory records
- Following up with suppliers to resolve discrepancies
- Preparing and distributing materials required for ongoing projects
- Working closely with the shop team to anticipate needs
- Ensuring components are available according to project schedules
- Helping improve material replenishment processes
Your contribution will directly support smooth operations and the shop’s overall performance.

Qualifications :
- Relevant experience in inventory management or a manufacturing environment (a strong asset)
- Familiarity with materials used in woodworking or construction (an asset)
- Ability to read purchase orders and perform accurate checks
- Comfort using basic computer tools
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Accuracy and consistent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Ability to collaborate effectively with production teams
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
