Vous serez la voix des opérations au comité exécutif, influencerez la stratégie, la planification des investissements et la culture, tout en menant de initiatives à fort impact pour assurer la compétitivité à long terme.

En tant que Vice-Président Opérations, votre rôle sera de :

Définir et exécuter la stratégie opérationnelle alignée sur les objectifs clés ;

Gérer le P&L des opérations, incluant budget, marges et planification des investissements ;

Assurer l’excellence manufacturière et technique ;
-
Diriger la stratégie fournisseurs et chaîne d’approvisionnement ;

Superviser la logistique, le transport et la satisfaction client ;
-
Promouvoir le Lean, Kaizen et Six Sigma pour instaurer une culture d’amélioration continue ;
-
Maximiser l’utilisation des systèmes ERP, MES et des technologies d’automatisation ;
-
Piloter le processus S&OP pour aligner demande, approvisionnement et inventaire ;
-
Développer et fidéliser une équipe de direction performante ;
-
Garantir la sécurité, la conformité et une culture collaborative.
Votre profil :
-
Diplôme en génie mécanique, industriel, électrique ou domaine connexe ; MBA ou maîtrise souhaitée ;
-
15+ années d’expérience en leadership dans la fabrication et la chaîne d’approvisionnement ;
-
Expertise technique approfondie et capacité à diriger des transformations ;
-
Succès avéré en négociations stratégiques et alignement commercial ;
-
Bilingue (français et anglais) – requis pour la collaboration exécutive.
