Being a Onsite Clerk at Dubé, you serve as the project manager’s right-hand person, handling various administrative, technical, and organizational tasks related to site management. You help ensure that site operations run smoothly, facilitate the flow of information, and oversee the administrative and operational aspects of the project in the project manager’s absence. It also involves helping to ensure the quality of the work on-site and building a relationship of trust and cooperation with the on-site team and the client. It means experiencing the energy of a young team, tackling countless challenges, and contributing to a positive atmosphere.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Integrate health, safety, and quality standards, ensuring that all regulatory and internal requirements are addressed
- Enter data into Excel spreadsheets and various systems used for project tracking, invoicing, and timesheets
- Work closely with the project assistant, project manager, foremen, superintendents, and management team to help optimize site operations
- Help manage the entire process of opening and closing construction sites, including the preparation of technical, administrative, and/or reporting documents
- Track and compile daily site reports
- Collaborate on tracking and controlling costs and quantities of work—production, materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the construction site, processes, and the integration of related new technologies
- Attend various site meetings and present data regarding project progress
- Effectively organize tasks to meet deadlines
- Perform any other related administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the construction site
- Two years of experience e in civil or mining construction;
- College diploma in civil engineering – a plus;
- Excellent communication skills: able to interact with the team and the client on job sites;
- Good knowledge of and proficiency with computer tools: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and TPL Estimation software, the latter being a plus;
- Highly versatile, resourceful, and eager to learn;
- Self-motivated, responsible, and a good team player;
