This role is at the heart of our operations, acting as a vital bridge between accounting and our various departments to ensure impeccable financial fluidity.
Your Daily Mission
- Manage deposit processes and inter-company chargebacks.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable using the "3-way match" method.
- Take charge of sales accounting (calculations and data entry).
- Actively participate in month-end procedures.
- Collaborate closely with managers from other departments to maintain effective and professional communication.
Profile sought
- Validated experience with Keyloop (SDS Serti) systems and high-volume processing.
- Experience with Honda (E-Biz) and Yooz (a major asset, or demonstrated ability to learn quickly).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and macros.
- Excellent analytical skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of tax application, debits/credits, and General Ledger impacts.
- Excellent people skills and ease of communication (Advanced level in both English and French).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine desire to integrate, learn, and evolve within our group.
