Excel Moto is looking for a Service Advisor to join its motorcycle service department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and assess their needs;
- Provide professional service in accordance with manufacturers’ high standards;
- Monitor and oversee the progress of workshop repairs;
- Open and close work orders;
- Maintain clear communication between customers and the technical team.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the motorcycle industry;
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude;
- Customer-service oriented with sales abilities;
- Well-organized, structured, and able to work independently;
- Solid knowledge of motorcycle mechanics;
- Comfortable using computer tools and management systems.
