We are looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will play an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our team of technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and advise them on the appropriate products and parts;
- Manage parts inventory, including receiving, storage, and stock control;
- Process orders and returns efficiently and in an organized manner;
- Collaborate with the service and workshop teams to ensure a smooth customer experience;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within the motorcycle industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player;
- Strong knowledge of parts and sales processes;
- Bilingual (French and English).
Salary:
- Starting at 40 000.00$ / year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- During the summer season, two days per week will alternate to a 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. schedule.
