We are looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will play an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our team of technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and advise them on the appropriate products and parts;
  • Manage parts inventory, including receiving, storage, and stock control;
  • Process orders and returns efficiently and in an organized manner;
  • Collaborate with the service and workshop teams to ensure a smooth customer experience;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role within the motorcycle industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player;
  • Strong knowledge of parts and sales processes;
  • Bilingual (French and English).
Schedule: 
  • Variable schedule from Monday to Friday.
  • 40 hours/week, and 45 hours/week during peak season.
