The position is fully remote, but you must reside in Ontario, be willing to travel to our Quebec office a few times a year for team meetings and training, and represent Folks at various trade shows in different cities across Ontario.

As an Account Executive, you will report to our Sales Director and your primary mission will be to offer an outstanding first impression to our potential clients by providing a world-class experience.

 

Your daily activities within the team:

  • Qualify potential clients generated through inbound and outbound channels (ads, SEO, webinars, events, whitepapers, etc.).
  • Generate interest by easily and professionally communicating the benefits of implementing an HRIS and/or an ATS to potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle (qualification, needs analysis, demonstration, follow-ups, closing the sale). 
  • Participate in trade shows and events to build connections and foster relationships with potential clients.
  • Exceed assigned objectives (number of qualified meetings, pipeline growth, number of sales, sales value).
  • Document your activities (calls, emails, follow-ups, etc.) and any important information discovered in the CRM.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the company's growth by sharing your ideas and best practices.
  • Continuously train yourself using available tools (internal e-learning platform, shadowing with sales representatives, role-playing with your manager and colleagues, etc.).
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities defined by management.

    

Required qualifications : 

  • Desire to work in the SaaS technology sector.
  • Ability to grasp and simplify technical information.
  • 4 to 8 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B context and/or technology solutions sales.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of activities.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Comfort and ease in closing sales and securing commitments.
  • Self-confidence and strong aptitude for making others feel at ease.
  • Resilience to rejection and strong tenacity.
  • Self-disciplined, competitive, and motivated by challenges.
  • Driver's license and vehicle required for occasional travel.
