Summary:
The planner will be responsible for tracking engineering progress and overseeing the implementation phase (on-site) of projects. The planner should have 5 years of experience in the construction and/or infrastructure sectors.
Job Description:
- Propose, develop, and implement control strategies and methods for projects.
- Manage the follow-up, control, and closure of projects.
- Ensure the production of reports, indicators, and other tracking and control elements.
- Perform various analyses and recommend directions within their area, particularly for large-scale projects.
- Take responsibility for all tasks and duties related to the role or assigned by management.
- Interact with project directors and track project files in collaboration with the project team and management.
- Work daily in a dynamic, evolving work environment, adapting to new situations and changes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in transportation and infrastructure.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
- Strong autonomy and ability to take initiative.
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
- 100% on-site availability.
Qualifications and Specializations:
- A bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of major and complex project management.
- Strong expertise in cost control.
- Knowledge of Power BI (an asset).
- Knowledge of Unifier (an asset).
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Unifier is considered a plus.
