Setec Proxima is a renowned project planning firm, specializing in the efficient management of complex projects across various industrial sectors. We are looking for a Senior Project Planner to join our innovative team.

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days on-site with flexible hours)

 

Your Main Responsibilities:

1. Support for Client Line Performance:

  • Define and implement performance KPIs in line with the AOS system.

  • Create and automate effective dashboards to monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance.

2. Implementation of Performance Review:

  • Collaborate with the Head Office of client operations to set up regular performance reviews.

  • Identify gaps, define corrective action plans, and ensure follow-up until closure.

3. Post-Delivery Feedback:

  • Organize analysis meetings after aircraft delivery (based on KPIs).

  • Identify areas for improvement and coordinate the implementation of corrective actions.

4. Risk and Opportunity Management:

  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of mitigation plans for the client line department.

5. Internal and Institutional Communication:

  • Prepare key communications with client line leaders.

  • Participate in the preparation of content for official visits and internal events.

 

Desired Profile:

  • Proven experience in project management in an industrial environment.

  • Proficiency in performance tracking tools (KPIs, dashboards, automation).

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French, both written and spoken.

  • Comfortable leading meetings, particularly with external stakeholders (such as airline companies).

  • Leadership, autonomy, analytical skills, and team spirit.

French proficiency is required for this position. Knowledge of English is also necessary due to the nature of the role, particularly for communicating with international clients, reading technical documents, and collaborating with colleagues outside Quebec.
