Setec Proxima, the Canadian subsidiary of Setec Eocen, supports major industrial clients in the structuring, planning, and management of complex projects.

As part of our long-term collaboration with Airbus, we are expanding our project team in Mirabel.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience, eager to grow in a dynamic environment, within multidisciplinary teams, working on high-impact industrial projects.

 

🎯 Your Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will take on a variety of tasks in coordination with client teams and internal stakeholders:

  • Monitoring planning performance (deviations, critical paths, milestones)

  • Budget tracking: cost indicators, forecasts, variance analysis

  • Managing risks and opportunities

  • Consolidating project reports (schedules, costs, risks)

  • Leading follow-up meetings and coordinating actions

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of project processes

 

🧩 Your Profile:

  • + 5  years of experience as a Project Manager in an industrial environment

  • Rigorous, autonomous, analytical, and team-oriented

  • Proficient in tools such as Planisware, Qlik Sense, and Looker Studio

  • Knowledge and mastery of LBIP+

  • Familiarity with Airbus’s work environment is a strong asset

  • Fluent in French with a good command of English (for international communication)
