🧩 Mission Context:
- Existing position (not a newly created role)
- Replacement due to internal mobility: a permanent PMBP is moving to another assignment
- No knowledge transfer planned with the outgoing resource
- Mission under PMBP governance, supervised by a project lead and two supervisors
🎯 Mission Objectives:
- Take over ongoing activities and contribute to their continuous improvement
- Prioritize and strengthen risk and opportunity management (R&O)
- Support the digitalization of Quality processes
- Become a key partner to the PMBP VSM to share best practices
📌 Main Responsibilities:
- Implement a structured project management approach with rigorous tracking of risks and opportunities
- Monitor critical processes (flows, deadlines, performance indicators) related to the Quality function
- Maintain the link between Quality sub-functions to support process digitalization
- Manage the end-to-end risk and opportunity process (monthly, quarterly), in collaboration with Quality points of contact
- Ensure cross-functional coordination with other PMBPs and internal stakeholders
- Mobilize and align stakeholders around shared objectives
- Track KPIs and dashboards (Clicksense, Skywise) and propose improvements
- Participate in monitoring via ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) and use ARM software (training provided if needed)
- Actively contribute to team dynamics (5 to 10 people) and strengthen the internal collaboration network
✅ Profile Sought:
- Bilingualism (French/English) required to interact with sites in Mirabel and Mobile (USA)
- Desired knowledge: ARM (risk management), Clicksense, Skywise
- Good understanding of LBIP (without direct involvement in gates)
- Professional maturity and strong interpersonal skills:
- Ability to unite, facilitate communication, and guide toward solutions
- Comfortable building relationships and mobilizing around shared goals
- No specific experience level required (junior, intermediate, or senior accepted), but a strong professional attitude is essential
