📍 Mission Context
As part of the ramp-up of the AXX program, Airbus is facing multiple operational challenges. To improve efficiency and meet delivery targets, the organization is implementing various initiatives, projects, and organizational transformations.
This newly created role stems from a recent organizational change and was identified as a need by the Head of Quality Operations. The current team consists of 4 to 5 members and is growing. The position is transversal and embedded in the heart of the assembly line.
The mission aims to ensure alignment between different business units from the perspective of Quality Operations, through a structured project management approach focused on continuous improvement.
🎯 Mission Objectives
- Act as a conductor and central point of contact between approximately 10 stakeholders
- Provide operational quality oversight and guidance
- Deliver a comprehensive assessment report of the current state
- Foster a collaborative dynamic and promote teamwork
- Support alignment with Airbus Commercial’s strategic direction
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate critical quality-related topics across business units (pre-FAL, assembly, hangars, customer delivery line)
- Work closely with teams to understand, synthesize, and unify efforts
- Promote a culture of collaborative leadership
- Leverage tools such as Clicksense and Skywise (knowledge is an asset)
- Maintain strong on-site presence (limited remote work)

- Natural leadership and ability to influence without formal authority
- Strong collaborative mindset and interpersonal skills
- Operational mindset: proactive field engagement and direct team interaction
- Excellent synthesis and communication abilities
- Professional maturity:
- Could be a highly motivated junior with strong relational skills
- Experience in operations is a plus
- Desired knowledge: Clicksense, Skywise
- No need for Planisware expertise

Language Requirements:
