Setec Proxima, the Canadian subsidiary of Setec Eocen, supports major industrial players in the structuring, planning, and management of complex projects.

As part of our long-term collaboration with Airbus, we are strengthening our project team in Mirabel.

We are looking for a Project Planner, eager to grow in a stimulating environment, within multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to high-stakes industrial projects.

Work Schedule:

  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

  • Flexible working hours available

Your Mission:

Bring your expertise in estimation and planning to help drive project performance by incorporating health, safety, environmental, reliability, and profitability considerations across the entire lifecycle of equipment and infrastructure.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the planning and estimation of infrastructure refurbishment projects

  • Integrate estimates and schedules during both preliminary and detailed phases

  • Conduct quantitative risk analyses (scope, time, cost)

  • Coordinate work packages (engineering, procurement, execution)

  • Update databases required for estimation and planning

  • Contribute to the improvement of tools and processes in place

 

Profile Sought:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and member of the OIQ (or EIT)

  • Proficient in Primavera P6

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction, industrial, or refurbishment project planning

  • Field experience (industrial or energy sector)

Assets:

  • Good knowledge of MS Project and Excel

  • Creativity, autonomy, and team spirit

  • Proficiency in French (spoken and written)
