Position Objective
Actively contribute to coordinating planning and digital transformation activities, ensuring both the technical execution of tasks and on-site user support. The role involves close collaboration with experts based in Canada, within a multilingual environment (French, English, Spanish), where priorities can evolve quickly.
Key Responsibilities

Drive and adjust activity planning using Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) and @Risk, according to project priorities.

Continuously coordinate interventions between internal and external teams, ensuring smooth communication adapted to different language profiles.

Support local users in adopting digital tools (ACC, ACONEX, ARM, Power BI), providing both technical and instructional guidance.

Facilitate change management by leading regular discussions on operational challenges and necessary adjustments.

Oversee and contribute to the integration of collaborative tools for document tracking, traceability, and project governance.

Participate in structuring BIM processes, in support of or in coordination with a dedicated BIM specialist.

Monitor performance indicators via Power BI, aligned with PMO objectives.

For this position: travel to Peru is required monthly, with higher frequency during the initial phase to support team mobilization.

Desired Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience on infrastructure projects.

Proven experience in multicultural coordination and user support.

Spanish fluency required (spoken and written); French and English mandatory.

Full-time availability (37.5 h/week).
