Your Role
As a Scheduler / Planner, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and updating project schedules. You will analyze and revise activity sequences while developing various project control performance indicators.
Your Responsibilities

Support the Lead Scheduler in schedule analysis and the preparation of reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Create, monitor, and update project schedules in accordance with approved baseline data.

Prepare progress and performance reports as required by the contract or project.

Provide analytical support for contingency planning, risk management, and delay mitigation.

Strictly apply internal scheduling procedures and departmental standards.

Identify scheduling issues related to change management and collaborate with relevant teams to adjust timelines as needed.
Profile Sought

Proficiency with planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with planning and progress standards (PMI – PMBOK, AACE).

College or university diploma in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, naval architecture), or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years).

Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.

Eligibility to obtain federal security clearance under the Contract Security Program.
