Your responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to incoming calls and effectively resolve each situation.
- Follow-up or courtesy outbound calls.
- Manage customer dissatisfaction by providing quality care.
- Assist the team in all other tasks related to achieving objectives.
- Be an ambassador and a team player.
What you need:
- Available Monday to Sunday from 8am to 11pm.
- Meticulousness, courtesy and the ability to adapt to your interlocutor.
- Dynamic, diplomatic and good listening skills.
- Good command of computer tools.
- Internet connectivity: minimum download and upload speeds of 30Mbps - the faster, the better!
