- Hourly wage of $17.00.
- Hybrid teleworking after training with our equipment.
- 36-hour schedule. Possibility of working 4 days a week.

Your responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to incoming calls and establish a relationship of trust with each member.
- Satisfy our members by offering them unparalleled service.
- Work as a team to achieve day-to-day objectives.
- Assist the team in all other tasks related to the achievement of objectives.
Just what you need:
- Perfect command of spoken and written French.
- One year's experience in call center customer service.
- Dynamic, diplomatic and a good listener, because that's what customer service is all about!
- Computer skills enabling you to use several applications and software independently.
- Internet connectivity: minimum download and upload speeds of 50 Mbps - the faster, the better!
