Your responsibilities:
• Respond professionally to inbound calls and build a trusting relationship with customers.
• Retain customers by providing exceptional service.
• Seize opportunities to propose and sell products and services tailored to the customer's needs.
• Work as a team to achieve daily goals.
• Assist the team with all other tasks related to goal achievement.

What you need:
• Perfect command of French (an asset).
• Perfect command of English mandatory to be able to serve all our partner's ontario customers.
• Dynamism, diplomacy, and active listening, because, well, it's customer service!
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Access to Internet connectivity: minimum download and upload speeds of 30 Mbps - the faster, the better!

REQUIRED AVAILABILITY:
Monday to Sunday between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM.
