Your responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and establish a relationship of trust with customers.
  • Build customer loyalty through outstanding service.
  • Seize opportunities to propose and sell products and services tailored to customer needs.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve day-to-day objectives.
  • Assist the team in all other tasks related to achieving objectives.

What you need:

  • Perfect command of French to answer to the north american customer of our partner 
  • Dynamic, diplomatic and a good listener, because customer service is what counts!
  • Natural ease with computer tools.
  • Access to Internet connectivity: minimum download and upload access speeds of 30 Mbps - the faster, the better!

AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS :

Monday to Friday 8:30am  to 9pm Saturday 8:30am to 9pm and Sunday 8:30am to 5pm.
