Your mandate will be to :
- Analyze, diagnose and respond to customers' complex situations, complaints and support them in resolving their technical problems (by call and e-mail)
- Communicate and explain relevant information to customers and resolve their technical problems to their satisfaction
- Thoroughly document the technical steps taken with the various parties involved, and escalate to the next level if necessary
- Follow-up by e-mail or phone calls to help customers resolve their technical problems
- Answer incoming sales-related calls during certain key periods of the year.
What we're looking for:
- Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written, to meet the needs of our partner's entire customer base.
- Availability Monday to Friday 8:00 to 20:00, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 to 17:00
- A passion and curiosity for new technologies
- Ability to communicate your expertise and knowledge to a wider audience
- Ability to multi-task
- Dynamism, diplomacy and good listening skills, because the most important thing is quality customer service!
