Your Role:
- Manage inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Build strong, trusting relationships with customers
- Identify customer needs and promote suitable products/services
- First level resolution of technical issues
- Support colleagues in achieving overall performance targets
What You Bring:
- Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written) — Required to respond to our partner's US customers.
- Strong communication, listening skills, and a positive attitude
- Comfortable with technology and intermediate computer skills
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps upload/download)
- Availability: Monday to Sunday, between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m
