MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Answer members' calls to follow up on their requests and enter appointments.

- Handle roadside assistance calls for the entire province.

- Effectively propose solutions to customers.

- Suggest recommended garages and provide battery assistance.

- Assist the team in all other tasks related to the achievement of objectives.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Excellent communication skills in French.

- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.

- Previous call center experience an asset.

- Professionalism and courtesy.

- Speed of execution and good stress management.

- Ability to work with various computer tools.

- Internet connectivity: minimum download and upload speeds of

minimum of 30Mbps - the faster, the better!

 

AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS :

Up to 35 hours per week - must be available Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays between

between 8am and 11pm.
