Key Responsibilities
- Meet with customers following the purchase of their vehicle.
- Support and assist the sales team in closing transactions.
- Process credit applications to secure the best possible approvals for customers.
- Present and offer financing, insurance, and protection products tailored to customers' needs.
- Coordinate vehicle preparation with the service department.
- Perform any other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in automotive finance.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Positive, professional, and results-oriented attitude.
