Job description
Open and close work orders
Prepare appointments for the next day
Manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles
Answer calls and schedule appointments
Follow up on parts orders
Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans
Process extended warranty claims
Manage multiple IT platforms
Requirements
Experience in the automotive field (any type of position)
Passion for customer service and ease with the public
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously

No weekends

Annual salary between $65,000 and $95,000
