Assistant Sales Manager

Grenier Automobile is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join its team!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in the day-to-day management of the department.
• Support the sales team in closing deals and transactions.
• Train, coach, and motivate Sales Consultants.
• Perform “TOs” (taking over customer interactions to help close sales).
• Ensure lead distribution and follow-up.
• Support sales representatives during customer negotiations.
• Monitor sales objectives and team performance to ensure targets are met.
• Perform any other duties related to the position.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
• Management or leadership experience (a significant asset).
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and team-oriented mindset.
• Results-driven with a strong customer service focus.
