We are looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our parts department, you will play an essential role in satisfying our customers and our team of technicians.
Your Daily Mission
As a parts specialist, you will be the "orchestrator" of inventory and service:
- Greet and advise customers (at the counter and over the phone) with flair, offering the best solutions and accessories.
- Accurately provide the necessary parts to the workshop to ensure repairs run smoothly.
- Receive, label, organize, and order parts. You will ensure nothing is missing and everything is in its place.
- Follow up on special orders, manage returns, and collaborate with suppliers to track down hard-to-find items.
The Profile We Are Looking For
- You hold a Class A CPA (Comité paritaire de l'automobile) competency card.
- You have a "smile in your voice" and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
- You know how to manage priorities (and emergencies!) without losing your cool.
- You collaborate naturally with service advisors and mechanics.
