We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for guiding customers through financing and insurance options while ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present financing and insurance options to customers clearly and professionally.
- Secure financing through approved lenders and negotiate terms.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Offer and explain extended warranties, insurance products, and other value-added services.
- Process all financial documents accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar F&I role (preferred).
- Strong understanding of financing, credit, and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial products clearly to customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
