The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple teams simultaneously, ensuring that project schedules established with clients are met and that all personnel involved (Team Leaders, workers, subcontractors, etc.) have the resources required to complete their work efficiently and safely. The Site Manager is accountable for maintaining cohesion and coordination in all site operations.
Work Schedule
- Day shift, Monday to Friday (flexible schedule)
- 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with client-issued plans and specifications during installations;
- Support teams with the installation and maintenance of telecommunication equipment (cables, radios, antennas);
- Foster and maintain a positive and healthy work environment within teams;
- Handle material requisitions for projects and, if necessary, perform deliveries;
- Identify and resolve work-related issues and recommend solutions;
- Interact and coordinate with third parties involved on-site (subcontractors, building owners, etc.);
- Ensure project timelines established by the Project Manager are respected;
- Fulfill responsibilities associated with the use of a company vehicle, credit card, and computer equipment;
- Collaborate with all departments to maintain organizational cohesion;
- Promote, encourage, and contribute to prevention initiatives to ensure a safe, respectful, and continuously improving work environment;
- Perform all other reasonable and related tasks normally required of a Site Manager, in accordance with their skills, competencies, and capacity.
Hiring Requirements
- Completion of the Construction Site Health and Safety General Course
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Experience in personnel management
