The Civil Works Team Leader supervises and manages the daily operations of multiple workers on assigned construction sites. Their role involves overseeing the installation of infrastructure such as underground pipelines, among other civil construction tasks, with the team under their supervision. The Team Leader ensures that priorities established with the Site Manager and the Project Manager are followed, while efficiently coordinating and distributing tasks among team members.
The ideal candidate has proven experience managing personnel as a Civil Works Team Leader and possesses the ability to read and interpret construction plans.

Must be available Monday to Friday (possibility of up to 10 consecutive days) to perform the work.

On-site travel throughout Quebec.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the management of assigned construction sites;
- Perform civil works (excavation, foundations, access roads, etc.);
- Assist team members with various tasks;
- Operate hand and power tools;
- Contribute to maintaining cohesion and collaboration across all departments of the organization;
- Promote and participate in prevention efforts to ensure a healthy, safe, respectful, and continuously improving work environment;
- Perform any other reasonable and related duties normally carried out by a person in the same position, consistent with the skills, abilities, and responsibilities of a Civil Works Team Leader.
Hiring Requirements
- Hold the General Health and Safety on Construction Sites certification (ASP-Construction);
- Hold a valid Competency Certificate (CCQ);
- Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license;
- Asset: Valid Class 1 driver’s license.
