The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the IT team with administrative tasks. This person ensures smooth coordination of administrative operations, supports quality initiatives, and contributes directly to organizational efficiency.
Work Schedule
- Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday (flexible hours);
- 40 hours per week.
Work Location
- Trois-Rivières, Quebec.
Responsibilities
- Draft, revise, and format various professional documents (reports, internal memos, etc.);
- Assist in organizing the technical team’s schedule and help prepare files;
- Maintain an efficient document management structure;
- Support IT project planning by preparing documentation, minutes, and action follow-ups;
- Update internal databases;
- Monitor software licenses, renewals, and IT equipment inventory;
- Contribute to user access management and related internal procedure documentation;
- Contribute to maintaining cohesion and collaboration across all departments of the organization;
- Promote, encourage, and contribute to prevention efforts for a healthy, safe, respectful, and continuously improving work environment;
- Perform any other reasonable and related tasks normally carried out by someone in this position, in accordance with the skills, abilities, and responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant.
Hiring Requirements
- DEP/AEC in office administration, administration, secretarial studies, or relevant experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written);
- Asset – Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
